Dexter Krema(CEO Dong-jin Son), an AI digital marketing specialist and subsidiary of Dexter Studios(206560), announced that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with G Futures (CEO Sung-hoon Bae), a global K-beauty marketing expert.
The agreement was initiated to address the surging global demand from K-Beauty brands expanding rapidly into North America and Japan. It aims to build a next-generation marketing platform by combining Dexter Krema’s proprietary AI hyper-personalization marketing solution, “Adplorer,” with G Futures’ extensive global creator network.
The two companies will jointly establish an integrated marketing ecosystem covering everything from brand market-entry strategy and content creation to influencer campaign management, e-commerce conversion, and performance analysis.
G Futures has successfully executed North American marketing campaigns for over 30 K-beauty brands and is continuously expanding its global creator network, starting with the United States. Utilizing major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, the company possesses robust performance-driven campaign capabilities, including TikTok Shop Affiliate marketing and Amazon review marketing.
Through its AI hyper-personalization marketing solution “Adplorer,” Dexter Krema offers advanced functionalities such as brand analysis, global keyword insight derivation, consumer persona design, influencer recommendations, and performance forecasting. Leveraging this foundation, the company has recently been accelerating its presence in the next-generation marketing sector by expanding its digital influencer business utilizing AI virtual human technology.
Under this partnership, the two entities will first build an AI-driven global creator discovery and automated matching system using Adplorer. By recommending the most optimal creators based on brand attributes and consumer data, they plan to maximize efficiency in the campaign planning stage.
Additionally, they will co-develop an e-commerce-linked marketing model centered on TikTok Shop. The goal is to build a data-driven performance system capable of managing purchase conversions and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) post-influencer campaigns, thereby driving tangible revenue growth for advertisers.
Furthermore, by merging Dexter Krema’s AI content creation technology with G Futures’ global creator management expertise, the companies will discover a new business model capable of generating and operating customized virtual influencers at scale for each brand. According to Grand View Research, the global virtual influencer market is a highly promising sector projected to experience steep growth, reaching approximately $45.88 billion (approx. KRW 68 trillion) by 2030.
“Our primary objective is to create a global creator marketing ecosystem that drives actual purchase conversions by seamlessly combining AI, data, and creator networks,” said Dong-jin Son, CEO of Dexter Krema. “Starting with K-beauty, we plan to expand the scope of our cooperation into fashion, lifestyle, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), actively supporting a wide array of domestic brands in their expansion into global markets.”
