Dexter Krema (CEO Son Dong-jin), an AI digital marketing specialist and subsidiary of Dexter Studios(206560), announced that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hyper Networks (CEO Nam Deuk-hyun), South Korea’s leading TikTok MCN, and iDesign Lab (CEO Kim Tae-young), the operator of the global Korean language learning app “FunPik.”
This agreement focuses on jointly building a sustainable digital marketing ecosystem centered on global creators to respond to the rapidly growing global creator economy market. The main objective is to establish a next-generation digital marketing platform where creator content, advertising, commerce, and data are organically interconnected.
The plan involves combining Hypernetworks’ extensive creator base and global network—which previously ranked first in TikTok Korea’s comprehensive agency rankings—with iDesign Lab’s expertise in localized content planning and campaign management, and Dexter Krema’s proprietary AI-based marketing optimization service, ‘Linkplorer,’ which features link commerce and performance tracking systems.
The three companies will first jointly operate a multilingual, multinational global network based on Hypernetworks’ creator pool of over 4,000 creators. They will establish a management infrastructure that scores each creator’s views, engagement rates, and conversion rates to support systematic growth. Through this, they plan to intensively nurture next-generation creators focused on short-form and live content.
Furthermore, the ultimate goal is to realize a global creator economy by establishing a link commerce model that tracks the entire process from initial engagement to actual purchase and conversion via creator-specific links, and by linking this to a creator reward system that combines fandom metrics with monetization indices.
Son Dong-jin, CEO of Dexter Krema, stated, “By combining Korea’s top-tier creator network, an AI-based link commerce platform, and global content and campaign management capabilities, we are building a next-generation ecosystem where creators grow by directly participating in commerce.” He added, “We will lead the global creator economy market, which is projected to grow at an average annual rate of 20% to exceed 700 trillion won.”
