Dexter Krema has solidified its position as an industry leader by being recognized by multiple government agencies for its efforts to establish an advanced corporate culture.

Dexter Krema, an AI digital marketing subsidiary of Dexter Studios [206560], announced that it has been consecutively selected as an “Excellent Work-Life Balance Company,” a “Family-Friendly Company,” and an “Exemplary Fair Recruitment Company” by government agencies such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

These certifications are the result of the company’s comprehensive efforts to build an employee-centric corporate culture, from recruitment to working environment and welfare. Dexter Krema announced that employee satisfaction has increased and turnover rates have improved as a result.

The “Excellent Work-Life Balance Company” certificate, jointly awarded by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, is a new scheme launched this year to select excellent companies that have worked to improve the balance between work and living and also working conditions. Dexter Krema was recognized for its excellence with practical systems such as flexible working hours, remote work, and long-term leave, which simultaneously improved job satisfaction and work efficiency.

Dexter Krema was also selected as a “Family-Friendly Company” by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family for its exemplary operation of family-friendly systems related to childbirth, childcare, and family support. The company earned high praise for creating a work environment that allows employees to be dedicated to both their work and family through family-focused welfare programs such as childcare leave and family health checkups.

In the “Exemplary Fair Recruitment Company” certification, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Dexter Krema received the Minister of Employment and Labor’s commendation for operating fair and transparent recruitment procedures. Dexter Krema has implemented a “blind” recruitment system that excludes the disclosure of information such as educational background and age. Instead, the company uses transparent evaluation criteria focused on job skills. All new employees are matched with mentors, and satisfaction surveys are conducted for the onboarding program.
