Dexter Krema, a comprehensive advertising agency (Co-CEO: Dong Jin Son, Song Gyeong Woon) and a subsidiary of Dexter Studios [206560], announced on May 20 that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ALIGO AI, which operates the celebrity image licensing platform “CeleVu,” to build a stronger technological partnership and promote sales together.
With this new MOU, the two partners will proactively develop and expand sales of AI marketing solutions and enterprise-specific generative AI assistant solutions using their internal databases. In addition, Dexter Krema plans to work with ALIGO AI on the joint sales of products from both companies in overseas markets, API-based platform integration, and co-production of content for global commerce platforms.
Most notably, ALIGO AI currently operates “CeleVu,” an AI-powered celebrity image licensing platform. On the platform, users can go from finding a model to signing a model rights contract within just 15 minutes. Depending on product features and brand concept, an AI algorithm recommends the most appropriate advertising model and supports the use of the desired model image in online advertising.
Dong Jin Son, CEO of Dexter Krema, said, “Our company has been upgrading various AI marketing services since last year, and adding CeleVu’s advertising model matching function to our AI marketing solution will help more customers execute faster and more efficient, hyper-personalized marketing.”
Lee Jang-hyuk, CEO of ALIGO AI, explained, “The current global online advertising market is dominated by rapid, short-term executions, so establishing and then executing strategies quickly is very important. We hope that the work between our companies will help CeleVu firmly establish itself as a go-to platform for using celebrities as models or for other marketing purposes.”
Meanwhile, Dexter Krema has been conducting its R&D to harness the powers of generative AI to innovate the time and financial transactions involved in the existing pipeline for advertisements and marketing. It developed a personalized marketing optimization solution “Adplorer” using the Large Language Model (LLM) created by big tech companies and used the customization method using its own prompt engineering technology. Moreover, as an extension of the application of AI, the company is building a comprehensive hyper-personalized marketing solution with increased versatility by upgrading the functions of the influencer group purchasing platform “Selteck”.
