Dexter Krema Acquires MarTech Company “Opinno Marketing”… “Advancing AI Marketing Solutions”

Dexter Krema is set to enhance its services and expand its business areas by acquiring the MarTech (Marketing Tech) company “Opinno Marketing.”
Dexter Krema, an AI digital marketing specialist and a subsidiary of Dexter Studios (206560), announced that it has signed a merger and acquisition agreement with “Opinno Marketing” (Co-CEOs: Dong Jin Son, Song Gyeong Un).
“Opinno Marketing” is a MarTech company that provides integrated solutions across the entire spectrum of digital marketing, including performance marketing, CRM, and growth, based on customer behavior data, media data, and other analytics. The company has designed customer experiences for numerous domestic and international clients in sectors such as fashion, beauty, and F&B, and maintains partnerships with global marketing companies such as BigInsight, InnoRed, and Contentsquare. Dexter Krema highly valued Opinno Marketing’s MarTech infrastructure and data-driven professional talent, which led to the decision to proceed with the acquisition.
Dexter Krema plans to strengthen its dominance in the digital marketing market by leveraging the MarTech solution operations and performance marketing expertise that Opinno Marketing has accumulated. As Dexter Krema enhances its data-driven consulting capabilities, the company expects to accelerate the advancement of its hyper-personalized AI marketing solution, “Adplorer,” as well as its AI influencer marketing solution, “Linkplorer.”
Dexter Krema, with its strong focus on the global market, and Opinno Marketing, with deep expertise in the domestic market, plan to share their networks and sales know-how. By doing so, they intend to create new business opportunities. Both companies also plan to combine their marketing solutions and consulting services to pursue a cross-selling strategy.
