Dexter Krema Supplies AI Marketing Solution ‘Adplorer’ to Dining Brands Group, Operator of bhc and Outback… “Advancing AI-Driven Brand Strategies”

Dexter Krema(CEO Son Dong-jin), an AI digital marketing specialized subsidiary of Dexter Studios(206560), is supplying its AI marketing agent solution, “Adplorer,” to the comprehensive dining enterprise Dining Brands Group(CEO Song Ho-seop).
This collaboration was initiated to proactively respond to rapidly changing digital marketing trends and to advance marketing strategies as the landscape expands into AI-driven search environments. Dining Brands Group plans to leverage Adplorer to strengthen its brand management and marketing frameworks based on customer data from its prominent brands, including bhc and Outback Steakhouse.
Adplorer is an AI marketing solution that comprehensively analyzes diverse customer data—such as search keywords, online reactions, reviews, and inquiries for each brand—to derive customer search intent and behavioral context from multiple dimensions. Moving beyond simple keyword analysis, it comprehensively evaluates the purpose, context, interests, and purchase probability of consumers looking for a brand. It also automatically generates AI-based customer personas to support the formulation of sophisticated marketing strategies.
Dexter Krema will utilize Adplorer’s advanced VOC(Voice of Customer) analysis capabilities to classify data into categories such as online reviews, positive/negative sentiment, service satisfaction, improvement requests, and menu preferences for each brand. Dining Brands Group plans to implement this data across menu development, promotional planning, store operations, and the establishment of customer communication strategies.
Based on Adplorer’s analytical system, which enables segmented strategy formulation for both core and potential customer segments, Dexter Krema plans to expand the provision of its AI marketing solution to industries highly sensitive to marketing trends and VOCs, such as beauty and food service.
