Dexter Krema presents an AI marketing solution that could respond to the changing advertising landscape at the Korea Society of IT Services’ Spring Conference
Dexter Krema introduced its marketing solution using generative AI as a way to respond to the advertising environment where policies and trends are rapidly shifting.
Dexter Krema, a comprehensive advertising agency (Co-CEO: Dong Jin Son, Song Gyeong Woon) and a subsidiary of Dexter Studios [206560], announced on June 3 that it showcased its “hyper-personalized marketing solution using generative AI” at a 2024 Spring Conference co-hosted by the Korea Society of IT Services, International Center for Electronic Commerce, and Institute for Information & Communication Technology Planning & Evaluation.
The academic conference discussed the roles and tasks of the government, public institutions, industry, and academia for the mutual growth of the IT industry under the theme of “Strategic Opportunities and Challenges in the IT Service Field in the face of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Economy.” Participants shared their perspectives on best practices for the AI economy, including some pioneering IT services from the private sector, and experts from both Korea and abroad gave their thoughts on defense, public, finance, e-commerce, and education in an AI-driven world.
In the “Application of Generative AI” session, Dexter Krema pointed out the difficulties faced by companies due to recent developments in the advertising market and introduced its “Adplorer” solution as a way to overcome them.
Park Gyu-tae, Head of the Marketing Technology Division, highlighted the importance of hyper-personalized marketing following the transition to a “cookieless” environment and also the strengthening of personal information protection. He explained, “If first-party data voluntarily provided by customers or anonymized information collected through cookies are restricted, companies that cannot afford to spend resources on advertising will inevitably face a major challenge.”
He continued, “We have been focusing on hyper-personalized marketing for a long time and we have plans to automatize even the most difficult work processes. As a result, we have developed an efficient tool that dramatically reduces both time and cost and minimizes errors.”
Dong Jin Son, CEO of Dexter Krema, said, “This approach will set a new paradigm in digital marketing in that it maximizes the use of our limited resources.” He also announced his plans for the company, saying, “Adplorer is the product of our digital marketing experience accrued over the past 15 years and continued research and development. It is significant not only on an academic level, but also on a practical level, and we will continue to build and improve comprehensive marketing solutions with the power to lead the market.”
